Jos studio offers classes in Vinyasa, Ashtanga and Hatha Yoga styles. All classes are on-going and require no pre-registration. It’s recommended to arrive 10-15 minutes before the class to guarantee a spot.
In this class the new and beginner students explore the fundamentals of Yoga through a series of basic Yoga postures sequenced together that incorporate: breathing techniques, body alignment and movement. This sequence becomes a flowing series, which cleanses, elongates and strengthens the body as well as focus and calm the mind. Vinyasa helps us explore stillness within motion, strength within ease, and wisdom within action.
This class explores the foundation of all Yoga systems. A practice where the roots and essence of various postures are explored through dynamic movement, pranayama and meditation. Allowing the manifestation of grace, ease and poise to flow in our everyday life.
A 45-minute class for the busy bodies who have a very hectic schedule. It is an active Vinyasa class which includes a series of postures that ensure you get all the benefits of Yoga during you lunch hour. We also offer to order lunch from an array of choices in the area so you can just grab it and go when you get out of class.
A slow restorative class developed for all yogis, young and old, new or ex, who suffer from injuries or health problems and need to take a gentler approach to their Yoga practice with the use of props, relaxing poses and meditation.
This class is recommended for students who have been regularly attending basics classes but wish to transition into Intermediate classes with a more vigorous class that introduces more challenging standing and seating postures, backbends and balancing, jumpbacks and inversions in preparation for advance classes.

Classes based on traditional style developed and taught by Sri K. Pattabhi Jois at his institute in Mysore, India. This class involves synchronizing the breath with a pre-defined number of postures that comprise the four different series of the system. It is very active, and will aide the student to build stamina, strength and flexibility. Appropriate for students practicing at a basic/intermediate level.
A more challenging Hatha class, that goes more profoundly into the dynamics, details and alignment of each posture. A strong foundation in Basic Hatha Flow is encouraged.
A challenging practice based on the Primary Series. Students explore a wide range of asana – including variations of familiar Primary Series poses – with an emphasis on breath and alignment. Appropriate for students practicing at an intermediate or advanced level.
